Description
Experienced Servers needed.
Join the team at BeerStyles Taproom & Gastropub. We are looking for skilled, gracious servers available Monday through Sunday to provide excellent hospitality to guests and special event groups including weddings and corporate meetings.
Servers must be able to work as a team, have a positive attitude and accurately execute all food and beverage orders. The staff will be required to have knowledge of wine, beer and liquor options as well as all menu items and specials.
Night shift, Day shift, Weekend availability, Holidays
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, preparing them efficiently, and building a rapport with clientele
- Handle credit card transactions, ensuring that all charges are accounted for by the end of the shift
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly, enthusiastic, professional, and timely manner
- Enter orders accurately into POS system.
- Complete shift paperwork
- Clean stations, restock and inventory and bus as needed
- Other duties as requested
Qualifications
- Current Iowa Food Handler Certificate required
- Current Iowa Responsible Beverage Server Certificate or TiPS Certificate Required
- Serving Experience- minimum 3 years required
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to recognize and anticipate the needs of the guests and fellow staff
- Commitment to quality and exceptional service to all guests
- Teamwork required to provide five-star service and have fun doing it
- Available evenings, weekends & holidays
